NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors (Board) of the Kremmling Sanitation District (District) will hold a public hearing, pursuant to C.R.S. § 32-1-1001(2)(a)(III), on November 9, 2026, at 6:00 PM or as soon as possible thereafter in the Board Room of Kremmling Town Hall, 200 Eagle Avenue, Kremmling, Colorado, to consider the fixing of rates, fees, tolls, and charges for wastewater collection and treatment services provided within the boundaries of the District. The public hearing will be held

A copy of the proposed rates, fees, tolls, and charges is on file in the office of the District and available online at https://www.kremmlingsd.org/. The public hearing is open to all persons or organizations desiring to be heard on the matter.

Notice of Public Hearing to Adopt a Budget

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors (Board) of the Kremmling Sanitation District (District) will hold a public hearing, pursuant to C.R.S. § 29-1-105, on December 14, 2026, at 6:00 PM or as soon as possible thereafter in the Board Room of Kremmling Town Hall, 200 Eagle Avenue, Kremmling, Colorado, to consider adoption of the 2027 annual budget for the District.

A copy of the proposed budget is on file in the office of the District and available online at https://www.kremmlingsd.org/. The public hearing is open to all persons or organizations desiring to be heard on the matter.
